1. MARU: 1982 PROJECT AS Service Received

 

 

MARU: 1982 PROJECT allows AS applications anywhere only for products purchased through official online/offline stores and official customers.


 

 

The MARU: 1982 PROJECT service team guides the entire process from warehousing to shipment of A/S products sequentially.

  Please request all A/S applications when you register through Kakao Talk.


  

 

1) MARU: 1982 PROJECT is subject to AS due to parts replacement of all products, and replacement repair due to damage or damage will be restricted after the part retention period.


  

2) After receiving online Kakao Talk, proceed through delivery (online registration)


  

3) Deformation and damage caused by the user's intentional or careless handling and storage will be repaired for a fee even within the warranty period.

 

 







2. MARU: 1982 PROJECT AS Service Period


 

Based on the date of warehousing, A/S will be conducted first for the products received, and the required period will be determined as follows depending on the place of progress.


 

* If there is any change in the A/S period, we will inform you in advance.


 

 

1) Headquarters: 10 to 15 days based on the date of warehousing.

 

2) Factory progress: 25 days – 30 days maximum based on the warehousing date of the headquarters.

 

3) Defective exchange: It takes up to 7 days to receive the headquarters.


 

 

*This is the period excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

 




3. MARU: 1982 PROJECT AS Service Cost Set



 

 

1) Main parts replacement: 20% of consumers - Front / Temple / Metal Frame / Clip / Glasses / Lens are accessories included in the front, and lenses are also replaced when the front is replaced.


 

2) Replace consumable parts: Free - Nose pad / Screw / Tip / Polishing / Cleaning / Fitting


 

3) Round-trip shipping fee: Customer burden




4. MARU: 1982 PROJECT AS Product Quality Guarantee


 

The warranty period is 6 months based on the date of initial purchase for free repair for manufacturing defects and defects in the product in normal condition.
